How to Create an Automation for Ticket Response in Airtable

  1. Open Edit Click "Edit"


  1. Go to Automations Click "Automations"


  1. Add Trigger Click "Add trigger"


  1. Set Trigger Type Click "When record matches conditions"


  1. Choose Table Click "Select a table"


  1. Select Tickets Click "👤 Tickets"


  1. Add Condition Click "Add condition"


  1. Rename Field Change "Name" to "Status"


  1. Update Field Value Change the third field to "Ready to Respond"
