What is it?

This is an area to make it easy for you to gather the information you need in order to send out holiday and birthday cards throughout the year.

How do I use it?

Your View - All Contacts

Here, you will see a list of ALL your contacts- both business and personal. You will also see your own team. This is different from the list under marketing, because they will only see your external contacts. The idea is that you'd handle sending cards and gifts to your own team and personal contacts whereas the marketing team would handle the outside people.

Input all of your contacts with their birthdays and contact types assigned
