🚀 Launch Calendar
What is it?
The Launch Calendar is a beautiful and powerful overview of your business's activities. Here you can track your marketing campaigns, project start dates/capacity, and actual social media content all in ONE PLACE. This is a powerhouse for you ESPECIALLY if you have a team, but even if you are a solopreneur, you will be so glad to have all of this information centralized and visible for the purpose of planning.
Usability Checklist
Have you done all of this?
- Input all of your project start dates under the Capacity Planner?
- Input your upcoming marketing campaigns
- Started entering your planned content for each campaign
How do I use it?
You will enter all of your marketing campaigns in this view. You'll also be able to see all content and planned project start dates in this area, although there are other tabs that are intended for management of those content areas.
- Open Marketing Click "Marketing"
- Open Launch Calendar Click "🚀 Launch Calendar"
- Navigate by Month You can scroll through all of your upcoming marketing campaigns, content, and project start dates by month using these arrows.
- Change Time Range If you want to see a different length of time, you can change that here.
- Jump Back to Today If you scroll really far in the past or future, you can click "Today" to quickly be taken back to today.
- Switch View Type You can change this view to "List" or "Gallery" as desired.
- Add Campaign or Content Click "Add Campaign or Content"
- Create New Entry Fill out the form and click "Create"
- Open Item Details From any view, click on an item to open it in expanded view.
