Request Client to Reschedule Appointment with Custom Email
Sometimes, you need to reschedule appointments with your clients that were made using Dubsado's scheduler. It's important to do this correctly within Dubsado so that your workflows update as appropriate as well. This lesson will show you how.
1. Navigate to https://hello.dubsado.com/dashboard
2. Navigate to the appropriate project.
3. Click "Appointments"
4. Click the appointment you need to reschedule.
5. Click "Reschedule appointment"
6. To customize the email, click here.
7. Choose from your list of emails.
8. Click "Send"
9. Click "Close"
