🗄️ Bookings/Projects


What is it?

This is a spot to view your Booking/projects information. The key to remember is that CommandCenter is NOT a CRM. That means that you're not going to be managing your client list from this spot and you're probably not going to be managing their projects here either. The reason this exists in the CommandCenter is to provide amazing information in the Executive Dashboard.

Inputting this information is a task that you can either assign to a VA or set up Zapier automations for.

  • Input all of your clients
  • Created your projects
  • Connected the two

How do I use it?

This is pretty simple! Input all of your Bookings/Projects so that you have them all in one place and can easily be shared with your team!


1. Click "🗄️ Bookings/Projects"



2. Across the top, you have different tabs for your bookings/projects, sorted by status.



View Details

3. From any view, click on one of the bookings to expand the details.



4. Here, you'll be able to view and edit all information related to the Booking/Project



Change Views

5. You can toggle between Gallery, List, and Kanban view.



Create New Booking

6. Click "Add Booking'



7. Fill out the form and click "Create"
