1. Navigate to the relevant project.

2. Click the arrow next to "Portal" from the left side profile area.

3. Click "(click to set)"

4. Type the password.

5. Click the checkmark to save it.

6. Click the "Workflows" tab.

7. Checkmark the to do reminding you to set the portal password.
