Archive a Workflow

There are several reasons you may want to archive a workflow:

  • Stop all future actions: Archiving prevents any remaining steps from firing.
  • Maintain clarity: It’s easier to identify which workflow is active when old or completed workflows are archived.
  • Re-run a workflow: A workflow can only be applied to a project once. If you need to run the same workflow again, you must archive the existing one first. Once archived, you can restart it on the same project.

Note: Dubsado will not allow two instances of the same workflow to run simultaneously on one project.
