Sharing the Client-Specific Onboarding & Content Approval Questionnaire Links

Sharing with your client

  • Share full client page with them as editor
  • Grab URL to this questionnaire only to put in smart field in Dubsado
  • Link to that URL from a Dubsado form - so they do everything in the Notion and then notify you by hitting submit on Dubsado Form
  • Here's a link of a Dubsado Form you can use for this.

Once your Notion questionnaire is published and duplicated for a client, you’ll need to grab the link to their specific version so it can be sent through Dubsado.

Here’s how it works:

  • Each time you create a new client in notion, it will automatically come with a new personal onboarding questionnaire pager link specific to this client.
  • Then, copy the public link for their version (directions below)
  • Paste that link into the “Onboarding Questionnaire Link” smart field on their Dubsado project.

1. Navigate to your Setup OS Home Page.




2. Locate the client you are specifically working with and click "Open"




3. Click here to expand to full screen.




4. Click "Onboarding Questionnaire" or "Content Approval Questionnaire", whichever one it's time to share.




5. Click "Share"




6. Click "Publish". This screenshot says "unpublish" because it was already published at the time, but yours will say Publish.




7. Once the page is published, click here to copy the link. Paste this link into the appropriate custom field in Dubsado.


That’s it. Dubsado will now pull in the correct link when sending the form, and your client gets a seamless experience with minimal manual steps from you.
