Sharing The Setup OS with Your Client

Transcript

0:00 Okay, in this video we are going to be talking about what you want to share with your clients. So, here's the thing. 0:06 Um, under client hub, you will have all of your clients listed. And basically you need to share their entire client page with them at least from a notion perspective. 0:19 So when I open up their client page, I will want to click share. And then, um, this is published because of me sharing it with you, but you are going to want to make sure you're on this share them in you. 0:31 You're going to want to put their email in. So I will put in my fake email and you are going to want to invite this person and you will want to give them edit access. 0:45 So I wouldn't give them full access but you'll want to give them edit access and then you can click invite. 0:51 Now they will, we're going to skip this for now. They may get an email about this but what I suggest doing is in your onboarding process, just write something to them that says they have to get that, but they can ignore that email for now. 1:05 And so what that's going to do is that's going to allow them to see everything here, except for the stuff under Internal Project Management, they will not actually see any content there. 1:15 But the thing is that they will then be able to go and see their onboarding questionnaire, their content to prove a questionnaire, their next steps guide, all of the information that you have mapped for them. 1:26 And so I think that this could be really valuable. You can link them to the Demsado portal, ask them to leave feedback, they're about FAQs. 1:34 But if you want to have a little bit more control and you don't want them to see this, that's okay. 1:39 But you do still need to invite them to it because they need to be able to access all this data within their onboarding questionnaire and content approval questionnaire and next steps guide. 1:50 So even if in the end you're only going to share these links with them, they do need to have those permissions set up so that they can edit things within these pages. 2:00 So in order to share just these individual pages with your client, you are going to go into say the onboarding questionnaire. 2:09 You're going to click Share once it loads and then you're going to go to Share and then this is one where I would probably go ahead and publish it and then just grab this link to share with them. 2:22 So this one's already published, but if you were doing this, this button would just say publish instead of unpublish. And so you're going to click publish, and then you would grab this link, and then you're going to put that, you're going to send that to them via Demsado via that Smartfield method that 2:36 I recommend. So you're going to do that for both onboarding questionnaire, content approval questionnaire, and the next step guide. So that is how you're going to share it with your client. 2:45 But even if you're linking them directly to these pages, you do still need to share their entire club client hub page with them via this edit access mode so that they can get in and make the edits that they need to for answering your questionnaires.
