Inputting Workflows to Dubsado

Transcript

0:00 Okay, in this video we are going to be talking about inputting workflows. So there are going to be a couple of different places throughout your, um, client account where you can see your workflows that you've created, um, but there's only one where you should be inputting them. 0:17 And so this is very important. So, um, the only place that you should put workflows in from, meaning put them into Dubsato, you're gonna have this pulled up on one screen, Dubsato pulled up on another screen, and you're going to be inputting the workflows from one to the other. 0:33 Is from this workflows area on the client page, you should be opening up each workflow individually. You should be or can be rather marking input. 0:43 So that's what this input column is for is once you've actually put it into Sado, you can market as input and you'll see that that changes the entire row color to green so that you can see that it's done. 0:53 So that helps you keep track of where you're at. This is the only place where the order is guaranteed need to be correct. 1:00 So you should not be inputting workflows from anywhere else that you happen to find these. So for example, if you go to the content directory and you click around in here, if you open up this workflow, you might find a listing of the workflow steps, but you cannot trust this. 1:19 So in this particular case, it does look like it's showing correctly, but I am telling you, it sometimes isn't. And so this is just a notion thing. 1:27 it's unreliable. And so if you want to risk it and you trust yourself to catch if it's not correct, then you could do it from here so that you can see everything. 1:37 But just don't, just don't, this entire video is probably overkill for saying that the big thing is that this is the only place you go to your client page, the workflow section, you open up each workflow individually. 1:49 That's the only place that you should trust that the order of your workflow steps are correct. And so that is the only place that you should be referring to input your workflows to Debsado from your Notion Builder from the Setup OS. 2:05 So if you take nothing else away from this video, it is that this is the only place where you can depend on the order of the steps to be correct.
