0:00 Alright, so we have arrived at the most exciting part of the setup OS and that is workflow mapping. So here in this video I am going to be showing you all about how to map workflows. 0:10 So the first thing that you need to understand is how services and workflows and onboarding all connect to each other. 0:17 So in the onboarding questionnaire I showed you how the client is going to be answering some questions about their services. 0:26 So, uh, let's go ahead and do an example of that. now just to so you can really get the full package, the full view. 0:36 So if I go in here and I open this, I'm going to call this service one, oops, with no typos. 0:44 I'm going to say that we serve 10 clients manually. I like to be paid 50% on signing, 50% at project completion. 0:58 Didn't enter any packages in this case. So we'll just select this one as a placeholder for now. And then I'm just going to enter. 1:05 Okay. This is my lead process. So it's my onboarding process. This is my fulfillment process. And this is my off porting process. 1:22 Submit. So now your client would fill out that questionnaire for as many services as they have, and once they do, you'll see it popularly here. 1:32 So that's cool, right? It gets way cooler. So now if I go back to my test clients overall page, you're going to see their client services appearing here, and you're already going to see five workflows that were created automatically for that service. 1:49 So we're going to have service as one lead, proposal, onboarding fulfillment, and off boarding. So now, when I go down to the workflow section and we'll come back to payment plans, when I come down to the workflow section, you will see here that under service one, all of those workflows have already 2:04 been created for me. And when I open these up, there's nothing in them. So these are totally available to be customized by you. 2:15 We're not starting off with any steps, but we are starting off with some useful items. So for example, we know that in a typical lead workflow, there's not going to be a payment plan applied, a lead capture will be the trigger, and we're attaching a form to it. 2:29 Now, if this is an accurate, if this one is starting with a public proposal or something like that, you can always change this out. 2:36 But these are here to just speed things up for what will typically be the case. Beyond that, it's not just that these are created. 2:45 The other wonderful thing about this is that if I toggle open service description, then now you're going to see the details of service one listed here. 2:55 So I can literally read what's going on with the lead process directly from inside the lead workflow. And I didn't have to do anything to make this appear here. 3:04 And only services tied to this workflow will show here. So you're not going to see the lead process for all of the other services that aren't relevant to this workflow. 3:13 So I really love how all of this connects and saves you time and makes things easier and this is kind of the foundational thing that you need to understand about how things connect. 3:25 So how that onboarding questionnaire with that services question connects to workflows and then how each of those workflow templates kind of starts out. 3:34 So if a client entered five services, you would see five columns here all with the five appropriate workflow starters. And if you didn't need one or the same one was being used across multiple services, you can always click on these three dots and delete the workflows that you don't need. 3:52 So it's so super, super easy. And in the end, it's gonna save you so much time. Keep on going. There's a lot more to learn about mapping workflows.
