0:00 In this video, we are gonna be talking about one of my favorite pieces of the set up OS that I really think is gonna make a huge difference for you. 0:10 Um, and this is something brand new. There's been no previous version of this because there was no way to have this previously, so this is very exciting. 0:18 So I am here on a client page and within this client page the last thing over here in the star in the sidebar that we really need to discuss is the internal unfinished business page. 0:30 So I am going to click on that and open it up and this is where I am going to find all of the unfinished business that I have in a setup. 0:40 So this is where I'm going to go to find workflow steps that are not yet done. So, for example, if I look at here, this create to do is showing up, and that's because it doesn't have a number, a unit, a trigger, nor does it have it to do. 0:55 So this step is not complete at all, and so I know that I, oh, it does have it to do. 1:00 I'm sorry, I didn't wait for it to load on enough, but it doesn't have a number unit or trigger. So I need to set that up so that this is complete. 1:08 And then once I set that up, it will disappear from here so that I know it's all complete. I also have these other random steps that need to be attended to, so it's like I have a change project status that's not even applied to a workflow, and then some blank steps that I know I need to then delete. 1:24 So this is a great way to make sure that you have done all of the necessary steps for every single workflow step, and the beautiful thing is that the field checklist does show up here, which is what is going to help you ensure that you've done all the pieces. 1:38 So, once you've done all the pieces, it will disappear unless you're, of course, missing your unit, trigger, and number. Those are not part of the field checklist, but are always, always, always needed. 1:49 In emails to finish, this is where all emails that are either marked client to review or drafting or just not started will be listed so that if you still need to write anything or if you are waiting on anything from the client, you're going to be able to see that here. 2:02 The other thing that we have here is a smart field library just to make things easy. this page is always is being actively built out as these videos are recorded. 2:10 So you may see additional sections here, but the big thing to know is it's going to be basically whatever pieces of content are not yet mapped properly. 2:21 So that is the thing. This is not the content directory. This is not where we're going to see everything we haven't input in Dubsado yet. 2:28 This is where we're going to see everything that we haven't yet planned. That needs to be planned and executed in order for the content directory to show the right information, in order for the content approval questionnaire that your client fills out to have all the correct information listed on it, 2:43 in order to make sure that whenever your VA is entering the client workflows, or if you're doing it whenever you're entering the client workflows, all the information is there and you have done all the thinking. 2:53 So the way that I would use this is as soon as I hang up from a process mapping session, I would go into this internal unfinished business area to make sure that everything is in here is complete. 3:03 And then once it is, I would go ahead and send my content approval questionnaire. I shouldn't need to customize anything else on the content approval questionnaire because if it needs to be customized, then it would be listed here. 3:14 So that is what this page is.
