Deleting a Client
To delete a client, head to the Client Hub on your Setup OS home page. You can delete a client from any view - but the "Everyone" tab will give you the most complete list to search from.
Here’s how to do it:
- Hover over the client’s row.
- Click the checkbox that appears on the far left.
- Right-click the row.
- Choose “Delete.”
⚠️ This deletes everything about the client — forever. So make sure you’re absolutely certain.
In general, you should only delete a client if:
- They were added by mistake
- You created a test contact
- You’re cleaning up duplicate entries
There’s no harm in keeping old leads or past clients hanging out in your system. So don’t go wild with the delete button. When in doubt, leave it.
