Private Notes

We already covered how you can add Private Notes right from a client’s profile — but there's an even faster way if you’re in the middle of something else.

From your Setup OS home page, just head to the Quick Buttons area and click “Private Notes.” This takes you to a dedicated space with all your notes in one place.

To add a new one:

• Click “New” or type directly inline
• Give it a title and date
• Connect it to a client
• Type your note in the body

These notes are truly private. Even if a client has access to their Notion profile, they won’t see anything you write here. No publishing, no worries. This space is just for you.
