Customize Your "Frequently Asked Questions" Page
This page is visible to your clients, so it’s a great spot to preemptively answer common questions, set expectations, and reduce inbox clutter.
How to Access the Page
On the left sidebar of your Setup OS Home Page, scroll to the System Configuration section. There, you’ll find a page titled "Frequently Asked Questions" (shown below) - click to open.
What to Update
1. Cover Image
Hover over the top banner and click "Change Cover" to upload a background image or select one from Notion’s library that fits your brand vibe.
2. Page Icon
Click the question mark icon in the top left corner. You can update it with:
- An emoji
- A Notion stock icon
- Your own uploaded graphic
3. FAQ Content
Swap in your own questions and answers based on what your clients typically ask. Think:
- “How long will my setup take?”
- “What do I need to provide?”
- “Where can I find ___?”
You're absolutely welcome to keep or tweak the content that's already in the template - it's there to give you a head start.
Use this page to make clients feel confident, prepared, and a little less likely to send that 11 PM panic email.
