0:10 So, you are going to see this right on your homepage, but you're also going to see this in a number of other areas that I will list below.
0:16 Down below or in another lesson, um, where you might want to update this to feel more like your brand. So, I've got my signature gradient in here with my workflow pattern.
0:27 But if you wanted to change this cover, then you would simply hover over the photo. Click change cover, and then you have the option of selecting from the provided gallery of images, uploading your own image, providing a link, or even searching on splash.
0:43 So, it doesn't matter which of these you use, you can choose what works best for you. I'm just going to.
0:48 Select a different gradient for now. The other way that you can customize this is to reposition it. So, a gradient was a bad option to choose for showing that off.
0:59 Let me click a different one. So, if I wanted to reposition this to show a little bit more of the red or to make it.
1:04 I can click that reposition and then I simply drag the image around to reposition it and then I click Save Position.
1:12 Finally, this is an icon that you can update. So, Notion loads in emojis and icons for you automatically. And you can click this button over here to change the color that you want for the icon.
1:26 So, if you are changing them or if you want to make them match what's already there, you can do that.
1:30 You can search for an icon you're looking for. So, if I search task, I will find a selection of icons that match that.
1:36 But the really exciting part is that you can upload an image. So, that's what I've done here. For example, I have uploaded the DMSato image.
1:45 Um, and then whenever you do that, it will also give you the option to save that to your library. So.
1:52 But whenever I come back over to Emoji, you can see that I've got a number of my personal icons that I have uploaded that are saved to the Emoji area.
2:01 So I'm going to go ahead and put that back. Um, but that is how you change your covers and icons.
2:07 So make sure that you. Go through and update this everywhere in your account that your client may see. Um, I tried not to use super distinctive imagery anywhere that your client would see so that if you didn't update them all or if you didn't catch all of the updates that need to be made, uh, it still
2:23 wouldn't look like. Oh. This is Kate Potter's brand. It would just look like a pretty general generic brand. So go ahead and decide what imagery you want to use and start making those changes.
